Gun Bag

Mar 14, 2008
Lady K Bag nr4 by Dutch designer Ted Noten demonstrates an engraved and heavily gold-plated gun and a gold bullet. After just one look at the bag the goons will either mug you and loot your bag, or ask you where you got that fine blend of bling and arms! Getting it through airport security might be a bit of a bitch though.

Some investors don't care about coilectlons and chargeoffs. However, if you have a judgement on your credit report, you may be required to pay that off. The difference is going to reflect in the interest rate you get. Investors that don't care about coilectlons or charge offs are considered non-conforming and charge higher interest rates and higher closing cost. Give me a call if you have any additional questions. 877-287-5396, Randy

Definitely NOT TRUE. If you buy a car, a home, whatever, the lneder will look at everything (if they don't, they will probably charge you out the wazoo for interest because they don't care about anything but making a quick buck with upfront fees and interest, then selling your loan to the highest bidder.) I've been a banker and loan officer, and I have seen more problems come up in the approval process because of nickel and dime chargeoffs and deficiencies. If you have any of these outstanding, contact the credit bureau and see if they can help you clear these off of there, or contact the people that you owe directly and pay these off. I personally would not want to make a loan to someone who leaves debt, however small, unpaid. How would YOU feel about making such a loan to someone? cauxcb [link=]iheprtqch[/link]

In order to avoid all of the transaction fees and taxes, you slhoud do this as in intra family transfer. She can add you to title and you can refinance the loan in your name to pay off her existing loan. Now you own the property and the loan is in your name. You will need quite a bit of equity in this environment as no one likes to loan on anything but primary residences at this time. Good luck!

Awesome! I want to make some of these. Thanks for sharing! I've made a bunch of gifts this year- a mesesnger bag for my brother, a steelers throw for my brother in law, a set of reusable bags for my sister, a purse for my other sister, a fleece ruffly skirt for my sister in law, and a fleece housecoat for my mom. Still deciding about pj pants for my dad and a blanket for my daugther.
